The 12 recipes in this collection have been my go-to’s for nearly a decade. These are the dinners I make on autopilot, when I’m tired from a long day at work and craving a nourishing meal without too much fuss.

A Bit About the Author
I am a recipe developer, photographer, and educator living in NYC. I have published over 300 plant-based recipes on The New Baguette, which is the winner of IACP’s 2023 Food Blog of the Year award. Additionally, my work has been featured on Food52, The Kitchn, Simply Recipes, Huff Post, and EatingWell.
