I am a big proponent of the “food as medicine” philosophy and believe that what we put into our bodies matters as much as what we keep out. I also believe that a well-rounded diet rich in plant-based whole foods (like fresh produce, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds), as well as a healthy relationship with food, is the most powerful tool we have to promote our own wellbeing.
My plant-based cooking classes range from pantry consultations and meal prep, to easy weeknight dinners, to brunch spreads and fancier dinner party fare. I teach group classes at the Institute of Culinary Education and Abigail’s Kitchen in NYC, and am available for private cooking classes and corporate lunch-and-learn workshops.
