In this 2.5-hour hands-on virtual cooking class, we’ll tackle our meal prep for the week – together! I’ll show you how to create simple, feel-good dishes that will nourish you all week long. The class will start with introductions and a few words about my plant-based whole-foods cooking philosophy. We’ll then cook four base components (whole grains, plant-based proteins, vegetables, and sauces) and learn how to mix-and-match them into different lunches and dinners throughout the week.
This meal prep technique will boost your confidence about improvising meals, save you time on busy weekdays, and reduce your spending on take-out.
In the days leading up to the class, you’ll receive an email with shopping and kitchen equipment lists, complete recipes, and a link to access the class through Zoom. Can’t wait to see you there!

We’ll also cover…
- Basic knife skills
- How to “mise en place” and cook several dishes simultaneously
- Tips for creating balanced meals

You will have the option to have your camera on or off (although I encourage everyone to be on camera so we can have a true communal cooking experience!).
