Join me for this virtual Sunday brunch cooking class! We’ll kick off the day with a mimosa toast (*optional, but encouraged!), then cook the perfect plant-based brunch together – including a Veggie Tofu Scramble, Shiitake ‘Bacon’, Garlicky Roasted Potatoes, and a simple Arugula Salad. The class will last about an hour and 20 minutes, and the menu will feed 2-4 people. The class does not require any special equipment (no food processor, blender, etc.).

After registering for the class, you’ll get a link to download the grocery list on the checkout page, as well as in your email confirmation. I will email you the link to join the class via Zoom prior to the class.
Feel free to invite members of your household to join you. You will have the option to have your camera on or off (although I encourage everyone to be on camera so we can have a true communal cooking experience!).
