In this 1.5-hour, virtual hands-on cooking class, we’ll cook 5 versatile plant-based components (grain, bean, tofu, vegetables, and sauce) and I’ll teach you how to mix-and-match them into different lunches and dinners throughout the week. This meal prep technique will boost your confidence about improvising meals, save you time on busy weekdays, and reduce your spending on take-out!
This class is designed for beginner-to-intermediate cooks and does not require any special equipment (no food processor, blender, etc.). In the days leading up to the class, you’ll receive an email with complete recipes and a link to access the class through Zoom. Can’t wait to see you there!
